in the kit:
- 1 can pinto beans - do not drain or rinse
- 1 can black beans - do not drain or rinse
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 pkg crimini mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed (small)
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- Spice Blend (1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp ancho chili, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp dried parsley)
from your kitchen:
- 2 tsp neutral oil
- 2 cups of water or vegetable stock
