Nope! There is never any obligation or commitment. Choose to receive our Organic, Mixed, or Local Farm Box Every Week or Every Other Week, or Build-Your-Own box for a specific date...it's totally up to you! All we ask is that if you need to cancel, you let us know by 9 p.m. two nights before your scheduled delivery (about 48 hours), so we can take you out of our routes and not prepare a box for you.
If there are any items that you never want to receive, you can note it in your customer profile and we'll be sure not to deliver them. If you have not had a chance to make your substitution and there is a "never deliver" item on that week's list, we will make a substitution for you based on your past preferences.
In the nearly 25 years we've been doing this, we have not had more than a few casualties! If you are ordering meat or dairy items and won't be home to accept delivery, we do ask that you leave a cooler with ice packs or frozen water bottles. We'll place any items that need to be kept cold in your cooler. As always, if there is a problem with any of the items in your box, please let us know and we will make it right - either by crediting your account - or, if you prefer, delivering extra portions of a list item of your choosing with your next delivery.
We have stopped picking up used cardboard boxes due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, we ask that you continue to put your used, insulated WGG cooler bags out on your delivery day so that we can pick them up, disinfect and reuse them as needed. (Please go to the Featured Products page and select "Pick Up My Bags!" to let us know when you will be leaving them out.) We encourage you to recycle your cardboard boxes at home or drop them off at a local recycling center.
