Dear WGG Customers –
I want to thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we are all getting through this crisis together.
Please note that our staff has been putting in extreme amounts of overtime trying to fulfill every order possible. Our customer service and administrative staff are even helping with the logistics to make sure we continue to fulfill your orders.
If you call or email us, you may not hear back as promptly as usual, but we will get back to you within 24 hrs. We are adding additional staff and additional days for deliveries so that we can fulfill your orders weekly. If there are any issues with missing items or something arrived incorrectly, I promise you will get credit, or we will re-deliver if possible. Just be aware that it will take us some time to catch up, but we will answer every email and call as quickly as possible.
I also want to assure you that we are working with the farmers and suppliers daily to make sure the supply chain is healthy and, as of this email, we should be in good shape for produce, milk, meats and meal kits for the coming weeks. With that said there might be a need for substitutions or omissions on some things that a supplier runs short of.
Thank you so much for your support! We are a small DC/MD company and in normal times competing with the likes of Amazon and Walmart Grocery has not been easy, but with your support, we will continue to help our local farmers and other small local businesses in our area.
